central location warm staff varied breakfast
I appreciated the central location. It made access very easy. The train station is nearby. The reception staff displayed warm friendliness. The breakfast offered a variety of choices. The staff was attentive and polite.
My room felt somewhat dated. Some furnishings seemed older.

clean room great breakfast excellent location
my room was very clean and spacious. the breakfast was great (especially the full english!). the location is excellent as it is close to the train station.

the location was lovely, a short walk from the station. the room was clean. the mattress was comfy, just perfect for a restful sleep after a long journey!!!

faulty shower sagging mattress
the room was quite cold even though i turned the radiator up full i told reception but nothing happened the double mattress sagged in the middle i also had trouble with the shower as the control didn't work i didn't sleep well because of this the room was below expectations
